My sister in law was visiting this week and there was an odd noise with her tires! They were very helpful getting us set up for the car to be looked at immediately and Dan did an excellent job diagnosing the issue with his team! AAA tire is top notch and we give them 5 stars and will be back! Dan runs an amazing business!

Took my work truck here yesterday. Everyone I interacted with had great customer service skills and very friendly. Alignment was very fair in price and my truck steers better then when it was new. Cannot speak highly enough about this location.

I'm warning you, AAA's third-party service doesn't follow the tripple A's rules stated online. Despite having proof of registration and valid reasons for plate removal, they refused to assist. Private tows and AAA itself may tow the vehicle, but this specific third-party service won't, even with proper documentation. I've already lost $600 due to a lack of diligence. I advise you to seek alternative solutions to avoid similar issues. This was the closest facility to the impounded lot. I'll go elsewhere.I'm not spending another hundred sixty dollars. Have been going to AAA for 20yrs. Nice people, always a great job ! I now live in NH and I still go to AAA.
