We take all of our Company Trucks / Vans to Cody M. with University Tire, Cody is always easy to work with on scheduling, and he always makes sure the job is done right first time, and always on time. When ever I get pricing for my personal or company trucks I always ask for Cody, and he always takes good care of us. Highly recommended for tires and routine maintenance of any vehicles.

Had an appointment at 1pm. I waited near 20 minutes in the establishment ALONE.
No one was at the location, empty store it was startling.
Eventually, some one came but seemed bothered.
Watched Tv, had his lunch.
I had questions but hesitated due to his rapport.
Got my wheel alignment some one else came to help me pay Out my service He was pleasant enough .
Not an inviting location.
Should have went to the pan top location they have great customer service.
But this location was near at the time.

I've been a customer for a few years but this was probably the last time. I needed an inspection and oil change. Since I was with my 6 month old, I called ahead and they said no wait, but I ended up waiting two hours. I get that inspections are an opportunity to fail a car to push for fixes, and in some cases I'll entertain it, but this time, my car failed because of "streaky" windshield wipers (they were Rainx I installed within the year and I had recently used them in the rain) and an exhaust clamp that needed to be replaced. Although I checked afterwards and disagreed with their findings on the wipers, they refused to pass it without them and the clamp replaced. I went back a few days later after getting new wipers to get the work done on the clamp to pass and move on with life. When I asked to see the issue with the clamp, they couldn't find the part though they had just replaced it. Ultimately, it seems that they were looking to make money any way possible. Holding the inspection hostage due to wipers which were fine-- not good.

Cameron went above and beyond for my son. He was all over the place, doing it all and still gave us great customer service. He is funny so that is a ++++ :) He made the process easy and helped us understand the diagnosis. We will be coming back because of Cameron's great work ethic!

Made an appointment for alignment told me my tires had wires in them so they wouldn’t do it . Also tested my battery without me even asking trying to tell me it was bad went to autozone to test it, it was completely fine. Then on top of everything tried to tell me a brake light was out. What a waste of time. Just trying to scam me out of my money and time clearly.
