First time here! We came in needing a aluminum wheel replaced because it was cracked. The representative when I called was courteous and professional, gave me all the information needed and they were able to get us in right away for a R&R. The location here also has a big scary looking goofy house dog named Michelin who is THE CUTEST! Comfortable chairs to rest and wait, and amazing customers service! Highly recommend for service!

My repair guy was Casey out of Perrysburg OH!! He did a awesome job!! got me back on the road in no time and was extremely friendly!! And very helpful!! Definitely a great employee they have!! Highly recommend them!!

Schrader Tire & oil was super helpful when my tire blew. They even let me know about possible cheaper options for tires from other companies, and cared more about my happiness than making a sale. I will definitely be using them in the future!
