This truck stop has been here for a while. It has its time here, but don't be fooled. The staff here make it feel welcoming. The truck stop has a decent amount of pumps. As you enter in here, the store will be to your right. I came here a little in the afternoon, and parking was still available. I don't know when it starts getting full. There's a service towards your left. My experience here was one of greatness. The bathroom was clean as well. What they don't have here is a self check out. I'm sure within time they will adapt to the new system. There is a truck wash right outside if you're looking to wash out your truck.

Mr Parrish and Mr Austin were very nice. They both know the meaning of customer care. Very knowledgeable. They found the problem in my truck within minutes and fixed it. Loves is lucky to have them, that’s the reason I choose loves. Also I met Mr grant, he was very cute and even he was curious to know the problem and said don’t worry, everything will be ok ❤️🤗

I had a very disappointing experience during the night shift at this Love’s location. I only picked up 2 Snickers bars, but the cashier (night shift manager) charged me for 5 on the receipt. This is not acceptable and feels very dishonest.
As a customer, I expect accurate billing and professionalism, especially from a manager. Mistakes can happen, but overcharging customers is a serious issue. I noticed it after checking my receipt, and it made me lose trust in this location.
I hope the store management reviews this issue, checks the cameras and transactions from the night shift, and makes sure this does not happen to other customers. Please train staff to be more careful and honest when ringing up items.

This is a good location. Good amount of parking for trucks, this area happens to have several truck stops with large parking arrangements so finding parking is not an issue. Issue. Particular lobs some of the parking is slanted so just be careful where you park. Washer and dryer work and is only $2.50 which is a plus. Showers were nice, hot and clean. My only issue with them is that there was no shelf to place down your products or a railing which is highly undesirable to leave your products on the floor during a shower. Besides that staff is great. The fuel pumps work and it was nice and quiet and the location was rather clean inside and out. I would return to this location and near future.

No def on pumps 21 - 24. I asked why there wasnt a sign to let drivers know and the response was "Def is broke and drivers keep stealing the signs". WTH are we going to do with NO DEFsigns? There is no washer fluid at pumps. Response "We dont put it out because it freezes". ???? I bought a gallon of water that costs more than a gallon a fuel to clean my windows. THANKS LOVES. DO BETTER.
