This is the second year I've gotten my car inspected here. Has gone well both years, guys I've spoken with have been straightforward and respectful /never condescending. Not the best at prompt callback when car is ready, but otherwise very happy with the work they do.

Chris was great by being very honest about the progress on getting the tires, and the replacement process after I had 2 flat tires. The price is very reasonable, and the shop is very clean. Great towing service, and amazing staff. Definitely recommend!

If I could give negative stars I would!
Dropped my car off Sunday 6/30/24
-phone call stating I needed 4 new tires, AC compressor, new battery, bunch of fluids, my oil changed and inspection
-have to order tires will be ready 7/2/24, have to order AC coolant. Will be ready 7/3
-pick car up around 10:00am, paid $2,600. Get my keys, start my car, AC is blowing hot air. Mechanic takes it back. Few hours later, it’s ready it had a “clog” had to take it to a Sr mechanic in Ruckersville. Pick up car, I drive approximately 5 minutes up the road, car overheats and still blowing hot air! Go back to shop, they take the car again. I wait 4 hours for them to “figure” out the problem. I tell them it’s almost 5:00, the next day is a holiday and I need a car. Please get me a rental. They refuse to go to Enterprise instead they bring me a car from Charlottesville (pics will be attached) I refuse the car. I ask numerous times did they check the AC fan. They still can’t figure it out. Shop closes. I go home without a car, AGAIN!
-7/5. The fan is bad, and imagine this, THEY HAVE TO ORDER IT! won’t be here until Monday due to the 4th! Owner, Onnie , says he will work with me on paying for the fan!! That they misdiagnosed!
After numerous arguments, they “covered” the fan I still did not get my car until 7/9!
9 days NO CAR! They had to drive me to work on 7/8! Offered no compensation, other than the old Honda civic and covering the cost of the AC fan!
Hands down the WORST customer service ever!!!
DO NOT RECOMMEND AND I WILL NEVER RETURN

My car broke down and was towed to the Orange shop. Chris kept me informed about the progress of the repair.
The price was reasonable considering how long the shop worked on my car.
I have used the Orange shop previously for tires and other repairs and would recommend.

Customer for many years. Inspections, various auto repairs, tire replacement and auto parts. Chris always helpful and accommodating. All repairs have been correct and timely. My go to auto service center.
