9/25/25 I went and had my tires replaced at a different place that was unable to diagnose the light I had come in for start/stop malfunction. The original place called Larry at Monroe and he said “ have her come down right now and we can look at the diagnosis code and see what we can figure out” I drove the 10 minutes down the street; walked in and Larry was there at the counter and they took my car right in. No wait at all. Within 20 minutes they had checked my car out; checked a few things that it could have been; and we found out it is a dealership code that needs to be taken care of. Larry and his staff were super friendly and polite. They were very helpful and answered my questions about could it be this or could it be that. They made a suggestion for a dealer who could help me. It was a great experience from start to finish. I would be happy to come again and have them look at my vehicle. Also the waiting area and restroom were clean and bright. Loved the Halloween decorations!

I've been going here for years, and it's been consistently good service. This afternoon these guys were beyond wonderful. I arrived during a snow storm just before rush hour traffic with my windshield wipers completely out of commission. It was a scary drive to get there. They took my car in immediately and checked to see if the issue was simply a bad fuse -- but alas after 240,000+ miles the motor for the windshield wipers were cooked. They died doing what they loved, I guess. Andrew, the mechanic, then drove--- in the middle of a snow storm-- to get the part they didn't have on hand. Between Andrew and Cory, the other mechanic on duty tonight, they got me fixed up and street legal remarkably quick. Would recommend, absolutely. Thank you Andrew and Cory!

Update 2/14/2026: I needed an oil change and they got me in the same day. Fast and excellent service as always. We're very impressed with the employees. Went back today for an oil change, tire rotation, and inspection. Excellent, fast service! The guys are very well trained, knowledgeable and friendly. Monro is now our go-to. I'll be taking our other car in soon. I'd always assumed this was a business to avoid since it's a chain but boy was I wrong. We recently purchased a set of 4 tires from Amazon and decided to give this shop a try to mount and balance the tires. Amazon shipped the tires directly to the Monro shop and everything went just great from there. The store manager, Larry, is a terrific guy who is friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. The guys in the garage are just like Larry. We dropped our car off at 8am and went out for breakfast. While we were eating Larry called to let us know the car was ready - talk about fast! We had an issue with our check engine light and they told us how to proceed with it. The work was done expertly - we couldn't be happier. We've decided to take our cars to Larry at Monro from now on. Excellent local business! Give them a try - you won't to regret it! 5 stars.

Absolutely outstanding service! My husband and I pulled in literally two minutes before closing with a screw in our tire. Tesla’s do not have spare tires… Needless to say if they didn’t take us in, we would’ve had to call AAA to have the car towed, and we still would be without a car! The store manager, Andrew B, took us in without hesitation! He was friendly and incredibly efficient- Had us back on the road in no time. It’s rare to find a business that shows this level of professionalism and kindness at the end of a long day. We are extremely grateful and will definitely be coming back and recommending this auto center to others!

This place is the worst. We went to the hudson nh store for an e haust leak. We were told the bill about $635. We were then told they didnt have the right tools to do the job and sent us to the Merrimack nh store wee they were supposed to be master techs. These guys were so unprofessional it made me sick to my stomach. We told the resonator was gone so we would need a new. Jacked our price from 635 to over 1300 dollars I had to go outside while my wife talked them. I asked if they would give me a military discount where is im a veteran of the navy. Again I was told no military discounts. We were had no choice but have them do the work because they had already started. Never in my life have I ever been treated so badly at a place of business. I will never go back to Monroe and will do my best to spread a bad word of this so called business. THEY SUCK
