This is the best place to go for tire service. I had a problem with my tire and took my vehicle to three different locations, but they all told me I needed to replace the tire. Finally, I came to this location, and they found the issue and fixed my tire. I really appreciate the team. One thing to note: if you want quick service, you should go early in the morning.

First, a "thank you" to the gentleman at the Balls Ford Road County Landfill for drawing to my attention that my driver side back tire was low to flat. Rice Tires located next door at 13032 Hanson Farm Road (formally 13032 Balls Ford Road) which I had never personal utilized their services before today came to my rescue. James, the front desk customer service staff, along with the two mechanics of which one was named, Calvin, provided stellar service to promptly patch the hole established by a drywall nail. Unfortunately, I did not get the second mechanics name. Thank you for making an unexpected situation as painless as possible!

I was stranded with a flat and no way to fix it. Johnny at the front desk got right on it. They sent a mobile mechanic out within 30 minutes who was very polite and professional, he got me aired up and ready to roll. They gave me multiple options to replace the tire as well. Couldn’t recommend these guys enough!

Good afternoon. I had a pleasure to meet Brian the store manager. I was late to a meeting and he didn’t get upset that was like I can’t see you because you were late. He took his little time and wanted to run his little errands and then he came and met with me and the level of customer service is amazing and beyond exceptional. I appreciate him very much for meeting with me this morning.
He is professional assertive And Friendly. It was great to meet with him. We discussed business, and we hope we can collaborate together in the Near future. Overall, I’m very satisfied with him and his team!

Rice always comes through with all the CMV work we need done, whether Inspections: state or DOT, tires, alignment of our box trucks etc. They even have a mobile service and were able to get out to a truck that we had blow a sidewall in DC. Pretty reasonably priced for that I thought. If you're looking for cheap linglongs or something you probably want to go somewhere else, but if you're looking for high quality tires, this place is it.
