Well once again I needed Loves Road Service. Was told it would be about 2 hrs before they could show up. Well 45 minutes Later Jim and Lane showed up. When you talk about attitude, remember attitude reflects leadership. As I watched reminded me of my military days, teaching and building bonds. Jim’s positive attitude helped Lane stay focused and he did an outstanding job. Thank you for helping me get back on the road.

Today, a truly unpleasant situation occurred. I brought in a drink from outside, and let me be clear it’s not something you sell. Despite that, I purchased other items from you. Yet, your staff confronted me publicly, casting unfounded suspicion. This is absolutely unacceptable. In the future, never approach a customer with accusations or doubt before verifying the facts.

The showers are cold. I don’t know if it was just my luck in shower 3. It would fluctuate from warm to cold to hope and back to cold and a tease of warm. I am embarrassed that others probably thought something more was going on. A hot shower would be nice especially after long hours driving and in a snow storm. Please check it out and fix it. Thank you.

Pulled in to get a tire repaired due to having a hole in the tire once they veiwed it further they found out it was un repairable but they helped me find a solution great customer service and the management was top notch very happy with the service highly recommend coming to the loves truck center in Hudson
