Traveling from Ohio to Charleston SC, we experienced an engine misfire, with a code showing it was the number one cylinder. It's in a difficult spot in the back of the engine, and not having the proper tools, I couldn't change it myself.
Being a Sunday, no shop was opened. I called a mobile mechanic who wasn't available either and since he couldn't get it until the next evening, suggested North Elkin Tire and Automotive. He said they did excellent work and may be able to get me in early the next morning.
They were very professional, polite and serviced our van quickly. We were on our way in just over an hour.

Stopped in on last minute notice to get a tire dismounted from a wheel. They took the wheel in and stripped the tire off in no time. Chatted with the nice folks up front while waiting. Very happy with the super reasonable price and service. I see why they have such great reviews.
I now have North Elkin Tire and Automotive saved in my favorites if I ever find myself in the area with automotive needs. Thanks again!

The best!! thank you for your service. The best service shop and The best men and women!! Plug, my forklift tire, and that was really a big advanced to me have it done so fast so safely and so cheap. I appreciate that NORTH TIRE.

While traveling for work, I had a flat tire and my vehicle didn't come with a spare. North Elkin tire came to the hotel and plugged the tire so I could drive it back to their shop and get it fixed properly with a patch. Great customer servce!

I called to have my car left over night to have something looked at. They made me make an appointment for two weeks out. I came to the appointment, told them I was waiting there for them to look at the car. I sat in the waiting room for an hour and fifteen minutes and they hadn't even moved my car to start looking at it. Meanwhile, other people were walking in and I watched their cars go straight back. There is clearly favoritism at play here. Go to Parrish Auto in Jonesville if you need something fixed.
