going to JTTS it's always a good experience mainly because of the service I get I pull up with an issue and within minutes Charlie is right there. He knows how to treat people and he certainly knows his job very well. I've never left there disappointed keep up the good work, Charlie.

I went here back in February 2025 for Vehicle Emissions testing. I was visibly out as trans, wearing a skirt/blouse/jacket combo (what I typically wear) and the people at the desk were rude to me, possibly because I arrived 30 min before closing for a walk-in appointment. They took my $20 and said they performed the service but yesterday (April 2025) the DMV told me I never got it done so what exactly happened here? I won't be returning and don't recommend this place for other queer people to get their vehicles serviced.

As a customer I am extremely satisfied with their service. They have always been up front and courteous. I'd recommend !

Women don’t go here. Think you could trust another woman, but apparently not. I have my catalytic converter cut off along with the oxygen sensors and needed it fixed. I asked for an estimate when I dropped off the car. I was told I had to leave it for the day and to sign that I was leaving it so I did.. when I went to pick up the car, I was in shock I was told I had to pay $126.11. I had no idea why the girl that took care of me Ashley told me oh well you signed the paper it’s for a diagnostic, I said what the hell is a diagnostic I asked for an estimate she said it’s the same thing. I looked up what diagnostic is and it means you ran a test on my car. How possibly did you run a test on a missing catalytic converter?????? Then I looked at the estimate and they wrote up a price of $2832.00 That would’ve totaled out my car I left very upset. A fellow East. Havener told me to take the car to robert service Center in Milford, Ct. he told me the car could be fixed for $1768.90. He had my car for two days did an excellent job and saved. me $1000 now if you weren’t trying to rip me off what were you trying to do?
