Whenever I’m on the road, this is one of those stops I actually look forward to, and it all starts with the bathrooms. They’re consistently clean, well maintained, and honestly that matters more than anything else when you’re traveling. Add in a gas station, and you’ve already checked the two biggest boxes for me. They’re clearly set up with truck drivers in mind, so you’ll find just about anything you might need while on the road, from snacks and drinks to travel essentials you didn’t realize you were missing. Gas prices are usually competitive for the area, which is another plus when you’re logging a lot of miles. The staff has always been polite and professional whenever I’ve stopped in, never rude, even during peak hours. On top of that, there’s usually some kind of fast food available, making it easy to grab a quick bite without going out of your way. All in all, it’s very much like other well run locations in the chain. It consistently meets all of my needs and expectations, which is exactly what you want when you’re traveling.

just canceled a road service. Dealt with Jeremy, had a poor attitude from the start like he didn't want to really do the job(even though he just had to call it out and wasn't actually the one wrenching). I had called in at 9:26 AM and was given a 90 min ETA he called back and said pending weather it would be delayed. Can't have techs working with lightning which I understand. Waited 2 hours and the driver called saying the rain had passed. checked the radar, the major storms had moved through and the window of no rain was closing and light rain coming. Called Jeremy and he told me it would be til 2PM before he could send anyone most likely. Called the loves in Sydney and he said there is no lightning he was confused as to why they didn't send service. Jeremy either had a bad day or needs a new job. What a joke and poor management of time and assets. I would guess the service could be way more profitable with someone that cared.

Allow me to clarify my rating. I spend tens of thousands of dollars worth of fuel with Loves. Every time I fill up, it's approximately $500. I am also a diamond rewards member every month. I parked at this Loves at 715pm, knowing it's crowded because my customer kept me late. I bedded down with my alarm set to awaken me at 5:30am. This gentleman rudely awakens me at 4:45 in the morning asking me to move my truck, before my clock has reset. Because YOU have hired this gentleman to treat your customers like garbage I have, as of this more, canceled all fuel contracts with Loves and have forbidden my company's drivers to fuel at any Loves again. We are in the process of talks with Pilot. You angered the wrong customer. Enjoy the loss.

While the store is decent. For those of us who travel around the country I do not recommend spending the night. Conversion vans are definitely not made to feel wanted or appreciated. We were asked to move from our spot near the dog park which had no signs, but security deemed it employee parking. Then we when we moved to an area we were told was ok. We rudely woken up at 5:30 am by another security guard. We spend a ton of money everyday at love's. It is where we always choose to stay. This love's however will never be getting our business again. Do better love's this location is definitely not your best.

Wow, this place is crazy clean! Dayton Loves gets it—they know how to keep things spotless and treat customers right. I mean, these floors are so clean you could ‘almost’ eat off them... not that I would, ha! Seriously though, great job, Dayton Loves!
