Edit: I have since been reached out to and they replaced my oil pan and new oil for free.
Wade and Luis was a lot of help and I appreciate them for trying to help fix things.
I started bringing my car to the Albertville Wilks when i bought it. I moved to a different city about a year after having my car and getting serviced at wilks. Since moving i’ve tried taking my car to different places to get my oil changed and all of them had told me they couldn’t change my oil because whoever had been changing it cross threaded in my oil and used a universal plug to where they could only change it. After finding this out i took my car back to Wilks and told them the information i found out. They took a look and told me they had no clue what the other places were talking about. I went back another time and talked to someone else about it, he told me that my car was like that when I started bringing it. I started going to Guntersville Wilks and the last time I was serviced whoever changed my oil knocked a plug in my hood and caused my car to have a bunch of issues and I couldn’t exceed 20Mph. They were not very helpful when I called and told them that my car was not like this when I dropped it off, I basically had to be stern with them for them to fix it. I just took my car today to express oil to see if I could figure out anything different and they again told me my car was cross threaded by whoever has been changing my oil and now it has caused my oil pan to be messed up. I now have to replace it. Long story short DO NOT use Wilks. Everyone there seems confused and unsure of how to do their job.

I am very pleased with the service provided at Wilks Tire!! The staff was so nice and friendly! The technician was very thorough and I felt that my car was in good hands and that they did a great job. I would highly recommend coming here for any tire needs!!

Set up an appt for 9:15 was able to get in early around 8:30 be they was done within an hour professional environment and staff took excellent care of my vehicle and had me rolling in no time!
